Inhaled

May cause allergic respiratory reaction. May cause respiratory tract irritation.

2.2 Health Effects - Chronic

Prolonged or repeated skin contact may cause dermatitis. Prolonged or repeated exposure may cause permanent eye damage.

2.3 First Aid

Swallowed

If swallowed, dilute with water and immediately induce vomiting. Never give fluids or induce vomiting if the victim is unconscious or having convulsions. Get immediate medical attention.

Eye

Immediately rinse eyes with running water for 15 minutes. If irritation develops, get medical attention.

Skin

Wash affected areqas with soap and water. Remove and launder contaminated clothing before reuse. if irritation develops, get medical attention.

Inhaled

Move to fresh air. Aid in breathing, if necessary, and get immediate medical attention.

4.3 Spills and Disposal

Spills

Clean up personnel should wear full protective clothing including respiratory protection if risk on inhalation of dusts. Avoid raising dust.

Contain spill and place in suitable containers for disposal.

Disposal

Gently mix with copious amounts of water (to hydrolyze, neutralize) and dispose of the material under water polution preventing law or relevant regulations. Dispose according to all local, state, and federal regulations. Do not discharge into waterways or sewer systems without proper authority. Dispose used containers to a licensed facility - recommend crushing or other means to prevent unauthorised reuse.

4.4 FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD

Fire / Explosion

Non-flammable material. Decomposes above 282 deg C forming ammonia and sulfur trioxide.

Extinguishing Media

Firefighters should wear full protective clothing including self contained breathing apparatus. Use water fog, foam, CO2, or dry chemical extinguishing media. In case of fire, remove personnel and move upwind of fire.
